Definition
Conjugation refers to the modification of a Verb from its basic form (Verb)
Example
If I were to say "I walk" then I have just conjugated the Verb "To walk".
Here is the conjugation of the verb "to walk" in the present tense:

Third Person | He walks, she walks | They walk |
