As of this point, there aren't any options. Simply install the plugin, activate it, and sit back and enjoy the nerdiness.

Installation

You can install it from the WordPress admin, or via FTP. You can view both versions on the plugin's installation page on wordpress.org.

What if I want to keep "Hello Dolly" as well?

I've designed "Make It So" to send it's output to another line, so they play well together. See the screenshots.

What if I want to keep "Hello Dolly" as well as "He's Dead, Jim"?

They will all play well together. See the screenshots. World leaders could learn a thing or two here.

Customizing

It is possible to customize the plugin's appearance using a child theme. (I'm not sure if WordPress 4.7's new custom css feature will affect the admin pages. I need to investigate this.)
